Huge congratulations to Charlie on completing his US Sailing Small Boat Instructor Level 2 certification! 🎉⛵

This is no small feat. Level 2 builds advanced teaching skills in sail theory and sail controls, spinnaker and trapeze instruction, and powerboat operation for emergency situations — with a strong emphasis on safety, including capsize recovery and entrapment prevention.

We've had the joy of watching Charlie grow from a 10-year-old just starting out on the water into a skilled, confident sailor and now an accomplished instructor. We're proud, but honestly, we're not surprised — checking boxes like this is just what Charlie does.

Congratulations, Charlie! We can't wait to see what you do next. ⛵👏

Join Us Saturday + Big News from the Docks! ⛵ Stop by our booth to enjoy live music, talk boats, and connect with fellow sailing enthusiasts. If you can spare an hour, we'd love your help staffing the booth — many hands make light work, and it's a great way to share your love of sailing with the community!

We have the most incredible High School Team — full of energy, spirit, and a whole lot of heart. The way this group shows up for each other, on the water and off, makes coaching them such a joy.

Last night we wrapped up the year together and said a sad farewell to two of our graduating seniors. Congratulations Charlie and Sally — we'll miss you more than words can say, but we're so excited to see where the wind takes you next.

The good news? They'll be back on the water this summer helping run our sailing camps and getting the next generation of kids hooked on sailing.

Fair winds, sailors. Don't be strangers. 💙

What a night on the water with our Women's sailing crew! 🙌

Tonight's mission: master the helm. We drilled tacking and gybing between leeward and windward marks — meaning everyone got real time with the tiller AND rotated through every crew position. No one sat on the sidelines!

The result? Loads of reps, real learning, and a whole lot of laughing along the way. 😄

This is exactly the kind of session that makes sailing click — good people, good vibes, and zero judgment. The perfect crew and the perfect night. 💙

After several sessions of watching the wind win, yesterday was OUR day! 🌤️⛵

The Opti Team made the most of our long-awaited make-up day with the Opti Olympics — a fantastic mix of fun and skill-building that had sailors competing in boat bailing, main sheet hauling, boat rigging, sailing a course, and even drawing boats! The smiles said it all.

Over on the Middle School Team they enjoyed dedicated one-on-one time with coach, soaking up personalized instruction and putting in some great work on the water.

We managed to stay ahead of the rain almost all day — and when it finally rolled in near the end, we were treated to a gorgeous rainbow as our send-off.
