The hanging weight for the 1/4 is 212lbs x $4.25lb=$901.00 paid to us. The processing fee is extra paid to the processor, you choose your cuts with them. First come, first served. We have 15 hogs available for purchase going in for processing to Eickman's on June 9th. $350.00 for whole hog and $175.00 for half hog. Processing is extra paid to the processor. Nice looking hams in this group.

We got our new freezer yesterday and today we picked up more of our fresh pork, brats, sausage patties, sausage links, pork chops, pork steaks, ground pork, and roasts. We also have some of our smoked pork back....hams, ham hocks, ham steaks, pork chops, and bacon.

Meat room customers, our pork items are split between the chicken freezer and the fridge freezer for now. Sausage, ground pork, and brats are in the fridge freezer and all the rest of the pork is in the chicken freezer. Our pork freezer stopped working today. Thankfully we are in and out of the meat room several times a day and caught this while the temperature was still below freezing!!
