United Commercial Services (UCS) is looking for a skilled Production Painter. Painting is an integral part of the structure of our company. Candidates should have experience in painting and drywall repairs at various heights while observing all safety measures. Must be reliable and skilled as well as possess great attention to detail in completing duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality painting and drywall work in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities include:

-Use effective time management skills to complete scheduled jobs
-Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. spackle)
-Complete larger scale drywall repairs as needed
-Operating industrial paint sprayer
-Knowledge of various paint finishes
-Communicate effectively with UCS teammates and on-site clients
-Maintain company provided equipment; Applicants who provide their own paint sprayer are a plus!
-Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions

Candidates should have experience with cleaning apartments/homes after move-out. Must be reliable and skilled as well as possess great attention to detail in completing duties. The goal is to deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion.

- Use effective time management skills to complete scheduled jobs
- Provide reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Extreme attention to detail and integrity
- Reaching to clean high areas, such as fans & light fixtures
- Communicate effectively with UCS teammates and on-site clients
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemicals
