High Tech Recycling
Every year, millions of computers and electronic devices are discarded and end up in a landfill. Nearly all of them are 100% recyclable.
These devices, known as electronic waste or "E waste" contain materials that are harmful when leached into soil and groundwater. When recycled properly, the raw materials from these devices can be reintroduced into the manufacturing process for new products. This greatly reduces the need for mining of raw materials, which in itself has a negative environmental impact. We recycle the items we accept in an earth friendly, responsible manner.

As we wrap up 2025 and start looking forward to the New Year, we've taken a look back at what's been accomplished.
We're very proud to say that thanks to the dedication of our partners, local and nationwide businesses, our community, and our excellent staff, we've successfully recycled 400,000 lbs of electronic waste this year!
That's 200 tons of harmful waste kept out of the landfills this year. That's the weight equivalent of:
- 100,000 Laptops
- 13,333 50" TVs
- 26,700 Desktop PCs
- 1,882,353 Hard shell tacos!
Every pound counts, and we look forward to improving every year. So to everyone from fortune 500 companies to environmentally conscious individuals dropping off a toaster, thank you for recycling with us, and doing your part to keep the Earth clean!
