A major bearing manufacturer needed a way to apply an ink mark onto their products before lubrication was sprayed on top of the ink. The ink must not be dissolved by the spray l**e. Dell provided the solution with their PB-5 touch marker filled with DPI-2001 Pink. The lubrication was sprayed approximately 12” above the part 20 seconds after the marks were applied and had no effect on the ink mark. Significant effort would be required to scratch or rub off the mark.
