Happy and healthy 2026 everyone!
2025 was a great year for our family. We had 2 big graduations: Anna became certified anesthesiologist assistant and started her first job at Children’s of Atlanta and Michael graduated USF in 3.5 years and is starting police academy in January. We hope to see you all at Surf Side in 2026. 🥂

After some planning and measuring, we're thrilled to unveil the upgrade on our one-bedroom apartments' bedroom! It features a KING-size bed and light-colored furniture. We think it looks amazing.

First update from the big furniture delivery.
All of our one bedroom apartments got new sofa and chair. Let us know what you think.

Or call directly at 954-785-9713. There are so many scams and fraudulent websites, please don’t get scammed.
