We certainly haven't disappeared, just been busy! Here's some more of our latest projects using our 1.0mm nozzle and 2.85mm filaments.

A Functional 3D Prototype Print from our BigRepOne.4, with a build volume of 1005 x 1005 x 1005! This a light pole base for a major city in the Southeast. We do Big Parts! Its always time to ScaleUp!

....and here it is, after 96 hours of continuous printing with ProHT Material on our BigRepOne, using a 1.0mm nozzle, we present the first half of the larger part. The second half is printing now with 77 hours to go!

We're printing the larger version of the custom protoytpe for our customer and I think we're getting pretty good detail in the letters and flowerette. What do you think? We're using a BigRepOne Printer with a 1.0mm nozzle, and ProHT Material. 86Hr run time total, 63hrs left!!! Final Dimensions will be 37" tall x 21" base diameter x 11" deep. What's the largest thing you've printed?

Just Finished - the second side of a new prototype light pole base cover. Now we're off to trim and post process!
