We are excited to add our girls training to Bola Performance!
After a successful year, we have been eager to add girls training to our Bola Ballers🔥
Starting this Friday! Girls speed and strength training for $20. 1 hour speed 1 hour strength training.
High level training from Coach Gavyn specialized to grow faster, stronger and build habits that lead to great leaders on and off the field!
Our athletes buy into the process and get better everyday. With 1 hour of fielding and the 2nd hour of hitting Monday-Thursday, we’ve seen them improve tremendously.
Here at Bola Performance we have training for every age to ensure they build habits and performance to take them to the next level and far after that.
With speed and strength training, an academy, remote training, fielding and hitting, we have your athlete covered to ensure they get bigger, faster and stronger- while building confidence and leadership.

Dates: June 1 through June 25
Schedule: Monday through Thursday
CLASS TIMES
Ages 15 & up 11AM-1PM
Ages 10-14: Fielding and Hitting 1 PM - 3PM
Each four-hour session includes strength and conditioning, speed development, and sport-specific skill work and hitting instruction designed to prepare athletes for the upcoming season.

What a year. We are so incredibly proud of each of these Bola Ballers for showing up and committing to the process.
These student athletes have shown success in the classroom with a 4.0 GPA and 3.5 score in state testing. Every athlete improved in their physical performance testing. They’ve learned how to be accountable, coachable and adapt.
Congratulations to our kiddos🥳
