The Warming Shelter will be OPEN SATURDAY, December 27th through MONDAY, December 29th from 7 pm until 7 am. Located at 805 N Main Street (behind Ridley's).
Entrance is on the Arthur Street side through the gated area in the back area of the building. Look for the banners!

The warming shelter at 805 N. Main St. Pocatello, ID 83204 is now open on select cold nights!

Valley Mission will open the warming shelter on nights where temperatures are forecasted to be 25 degrees or colder or if there is a major storm forecast.

We still need more volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering, there will be a training this Monday, 12/22, at 6:30pm at First Baptist Church.

TOWED starts today!! Don't drink and drive.

We do have a few rules that apply:

You have to have an operable vehicle.

We are available to take you home, not to another party.

If you are in the ditch or the cops are in scene it's too late, no free tow for you!

Tows are for the Pocatello Chubbuck area. Mileage rates apply out of city limits.

Former Convergys building to be converted into warming shelter, affordable housing units POCATELLO — A long-vacant downtown office building will be converted into a warming shelter this winter, with plans to develop affordable housing units for area residents and families.

Volunteers Needed!

HACP and Valley Mission are partnering to provide the Pocatello and Chubbuck communities an Emergency Warming Shelter, and we need your help!

We require all volunteers go through the Valley Mission training before serving. Training will be offered Monday, November 24th and Monday December 1st at 6:30 pm at First Baptist Church, 408 N Arthur Avenue.
