This is a great podcast I listened to driving recently. I really liked how he talks about how red and yellow lights today lead to green lights tomorrow.
The other thing they talk about that I loved was that if you want to transition to another career or opportunities to do the best you can at what you are doing now, get promoted, Excell at what you are doing, the momentum will carry over into to anything else you want to do.....:)

This is a great podcast I listened to today driving from Dallas, I recently read one of his books and I'm reading "killing sacred cows" now. He's from price Utah.
I really liked the segment where he talks about how the main people you associate with either elevate you or drag you down and how he handles his associations with them. Definitely worth listening too.
