ISA awards lots of scholarships. Keep an eye out for upcoming announcements!
ISA will send out an email notification to let you know when ISA Educational Foundation Scholarships forms, eligibility requirements, and materials have been updated and are posted online for the new application year.
These scholarships are awarded to students worldwide who demonstrate outstanding potential for long-range contribution to the fields of automation, instrumentation, and control.
Spread the word to your friends and classmates that ISA makes these scholarships available every year. You can find the 2011-2012 information at www.isa.org/scholarships, which will give you an idea of how the scholarship program works. We'll let you know when it is updated for the 2012-2013 academic year

Montana-Dakota Utilities has a position open at our landfill gas facility in Billings, MT. We pull gas from the landfill and run it through a process to deliver into our distribution system. The facility has been in operation for almost two years. The facility has several control systems with various instrumentation, frequency drives, plc’s, etc. We are looking for a candidate with instrumentation, controls, electrical background.

Hey Everyone,
JT3 is coming on the 25th to do a presentation for our students. They will be in the Rendezvous Conference Room A at 11:00 am. Interviews will be conducted after the presentation and on the next one or two days depending on how many sign up. To sign up for the interviews go to the T&T building and the office will have a sign up sheet posted. Remind your students this is a real interview so to have resume's ready and to dress appropriately.

Idaho American Nuclear Society Dinner presentation: Instrumentation development for the future Jules Horowitz Reactor
Jean-Francois Villard with the Nuclear Energy Division of CEA Cadarache will be the featured speaker at a dinner meeting to discuss progress in instrumentation development for the future Jules Horowitz Reactor.
The dinner meeting is planned for Tuesday, Sept. 11, at the CAES Gallery, 995 University Blvd., Idaho Falls. The event begins with a social at 6:30 p.m. with beer and wine available for purchase. The dinner and program, catered by 3's Company, will begin at 7 p.m. Cost is $20 per person and $10 for full-time students.
