After being asked a few times and the massive confusion, I want to clear something up, in no way is this intended to be drama but feel it will be taken that way! But also want to be completely transparent to all supporters!

We appreciate everyone who thinks of us when supporting local animal rescues. To avoid any confusion, Crazy Lady Rescue is not participating in or receiving funds from the upcoming fundraising event on August 1st. We are grateful for all who choose to support our rescue directly, as every donation goes toward caring for the animals we serve. We wish the best to all organizations supporting local animals ❤️

My friends!

Back in April, we talked about donating to a charity that you all choose. Time and life has gotten away and things are insane for us right now, but we need to make this happen!!

In that post we had I think like 400 comments, it was insane and all of the charities that you nominated got lost in the comments.

I am asking all of you right now in the comments to tell me a charity that is near and dear to you that we can add to our list and choose from.

We will number these and place them into a randomizer to be picked.

I had said that the total amount being donated would be the amount of customers we see in the month of April multiplied by $.42.

The total amount to be donated is $3,273

I would like to get this done in the next week or two, so let’s put a timeframe of Friday, 6/19 to comment on this post with your nominations. Please try to limit all other comments and only comment your nomination for a charity 🥳🥳
