Recently I ran across a person promoting her program to start a micro-bakery. After listening to her introduction, I realized that I have been running a micro-baker since 2019 and didn't know it. In the near future I plan to use this page to begin promoting that micro-bakery locally. I have to learn how to put it all together first. Wish me luck.
