Start your morning with intention right alongside a local icon! 🧘‍♀️☀️ We are thrilled to bring back our highly anticipated Root + Rise: Yoga session on Saturday, August 22nd from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

This month, we are taking our practice outdoors! We will be stretching right beside the World's Largest Potato Masher. Led by the wonderful Ashlee of Blu Bird Yoga, this 1-hour, all-levels session is designed to connect your practice with the open air and summer sunshine.

(Please note: In the event of inclement weather, we will move the session inside to our Greenhouse. Since we are practicing on cement surfaces, feel free to bring a thicker mat or towel for extra cushion!)
