TribeHouse
We comfortably accelerate real human connection.
Twenty-five years ago, Jared Stewart founded our organization. At our recent Tribe-X Retreat, he went in depth about the five things he's learned in the last 25 years to build deep and real relationships:
1. Friendship not followers
2. See the introvert
3. Ask for Help
4. Build Pools
5. Find Your Voice
This video clip touches on point #1: Friendship not Followers, where he talks about how the #1 indicator of career success, according to Forbes, is being part of an open network:
"According to multiple, peer-reviewed studies, simply being in an open network instead of a closed one is the best predictor of career success. The further you go toward a closed network, the more you repeatedly hear the same ideas, which reaffirm what you already believe. The further left you go toward an open network, the more you’re exposed to new ideas. People to the left are significantly more successful than those to the right." -Forbes

We had an absolute blast celebrating TribeHouse's 25th Anniversary with our favorite Tribe-X friends, old and new! We commandeered the stunning Ruth's Chris Restaurant at Hotel Park City and spent two days connecting to who were were, who we are now, and worked together other to create who will will become! It's amazing to me how the retreats build more relationships in two days than you normally can in two years, and this relationship multiplication been happening for 25 years and counting!
Spring is finally here, which means retreat season! Also so amazing opportuities for our MomTribe Partners! Here is the 411 for everything TribeHouse has coming up in April.
So much going on at TribeHouse in March! Come connect at the highest levels with other leaders in your industry!
We are celebrating 25 years as an organization this year! Jared Stewart founded Corporate Alliance in January of 2000, and has dedicated his career to making connections and friendships inside the Utah Business Community. Thank you to all our amazing Tribe-X members (new and old) who gathered with us to kick-off the festivities!
I remember one of our most beloved members (Kevin Gallagher) use to often share this quote: "You will be the same person in five years as you are today except for the people you meet and the books you read." In honor of that thought we spent the morning in our own book clubs! Our CEO Ted Broman kicked off the discussion of books that have changed his life and in our breakout session, everyone shared three books that have changed their lives personally and professionally. We were all taking furious notes!
We hope you had a splendid holiday and are raring to get back to work and welcome all things 2024! Here is the run-down of all things TribeHouse for January.

"We connect people in their humanity, not their ideology."
This statement is a core principle of Tribehouse, and has helped members create lasting relationships, no matter what their backgrounds are.
Read more from our COO, Sarah Waugh, on how 2020 solidified the best way to build relationships:
2020 Division When you think of the year 2020, what's the first thing that comes to mind? For me, it's division. As a nation, we were first-hand witnesses of the birth of a Culture of Contempt, as described by author Arthur Brooks in an article he wrote for New York Times.
