After 18 seasons of owning the Lodge, today marks the day that Creston and I retire as innkeepers.
We built this business up with lots of love, even more sweat and yes, a few tears! With all that combined we were able to create a space where people felt like this was their second home, their getaway spot, their place for solitude, a place to propose, a place to share with friends and family and a place they loved coming back to again and again.
We couldn't have made all this possible without the love from this community and ALL the guests who chose to stay with us time and time again.
For all of that we thank you from the bottom of our ❤️
Don't be sad, but instead, be happy for us. We are ready to begin a new adventure, whatever it may be. To all those who said "if you're ever in our area please look us up" don't be surprised, we may just do that now that we'll be able to travel, so get that spare room ready!
The lodge will continue to be a place for you to enjoy and make memories. The new owners and their team have some fresh ideas that we think you will love. Stay tuned for the next chapter of the Lodge.

The Lodge never ceases to amaze guests when they walk inside. Your
shoulders drop as you enter the great room and are immersed with a 30'
ceiling, warm log walls, stone fireplace and a catwalk that suspends over
the main area with a lovely sitting space facing east to watch the
sunrise, read a book or play a game. Featuring 8 rooms that are uniquely
decorated, each with their own bath and some rooms feature fireplaces and
whirlpool bath tubs. All but one room have their own deck or balcony which you
can access directly from your private space. Each morning you'll enjoy a
full breakfast that is cooked to order by our in house chef. Surrounded
by Point Au Roche State Park the beauty of nature is all around you.
