One of our clients requested a protein smoothie as part of their 1UP FIT meals.

Below is our Lactose Free, chocolate raspberry protein smoothie!

We will be closing at 4:00 PM today as we will be celebrating our staff for our belated Christmas part!

1UP FIT MEALS!

Meal pricing starts at $8.99 (plus tax) and a minimum order of 5 meals for the week.

We will work with you on likes/dislikes, allergens and intolerances to create meals specifically for you!

How does it work?

We get an email address from you and send you over our form.

Once we've received the completed form and chatted about your goals and meal plan, we then invoice you for your meals.

Once you've payed for your meals, (we make and hold them at our 7155 RTE 9 location) the day before you would like to pick them up. On your pickup day, you simply drive up to our drive thru window (located at 7155 RTE 9), pickup your meals and go on about your day. One less thing to worry about!

There is no automatic or reoccurring charging. No membership fees. No need to cancel. We simply invoice you for your upcoming meals, 3 days prior to your pickup. If you don't pay the invoice, we don't make your meals. Don't worry, we'll send you a courtesy text to make sure you didn't miss the email. We don't want someone showing up and there's no food waiting 😉.
