I went to Coach Steve for help with lingering back pain and strength training. Even after a few weeks my back pain was noticeably better and I've started getting stronger. He is very positive and encouraging, he meets you where you're at and does a great job of challenging you in a friendly environment.

I started training with Coach Steve almost a year ago. I struggled and still struggle with a bad shoulder injury and mobility issues in my hips.
Coach Steve always listened to how I felt each day (we trained 2 x a week) and was able to adjust exercises on the fly to both accommodate my injuries, and also help me to gain strength around them.
Additionally, and most importantly, Steve showed genuine care and concern for me as a person, along with my family. He always asked about my wife and step kids every session, and we had many conversations about how mental and emotional health were as important as physical health.
I retired last year after 25 years in the military and I can tell you with confidence, that Coach Steve is the most well-rounded,comprehensive, and attentive trainer I've ever had.
Watching Erica reduce her back pain, build strength, and gain confidence has been inspiring. Seeing Ben continue to improve despite shoulder and hip mobility challenges is a testament to his dedication and perseverance.

Today I was reminded of my limitations with what my mind and body were experiencing.
I had to listen to what my mind and body needed from me.
This takes practice and patience with oneself.
Self care is our #1 priority!
Without proper self care, we do harm to ourselves by pushing way beyond our capabilities when we have nothing to give.

Coach Steve Surgery Update
I’m grateful to share that my surgery went well.
Leading up to the procedure, I relied on my meditation practice to prepare my mind for the experience. Meditation helped me stay grounded, ease anxiety, and focus on being fully present throughout the process.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Henry and the entire surgical team for their excellent care. I’m also incredibly grateful to my wife for helping take care of me during recovery.
For now, I’m home resting, listening to my body, and giving myself the time and space needed to heal.
Thank you to everyone who sent prayers, positive thoughts, and healing energy. Your support means more than you know. 🙏

Today I’m feeling grateful and excited knowing that soon I’ll be able to move my body at full capacity again.
Today I’m having surgery to repair a sports hernia. Over the past months, I’ve experienced pain, discomfort, and limitations in my physical abilities. While recovery will take time, I’m looking forward to healing and getting back to the activities I love—especially running.
This is a reminder that setbacks are temporary, and healing is part of the journey. I’m ready to put in the work, trust the process, and come back stronger.
Prayers, positive thoughts, and healing energy are greatly appreciated. 🙏💙
