Clinton Community College Cross Country

Now that the 2025 Clinton Community College Cross Country season has come to a close, its time post the seasons final race, the NJCAA Region 3 Championships at Finger Lakes Community College. Outstanding performance by all as everyone ran a personal best....again!!

This weekends meet - The Mountain Valley Conference Cross Country Championships at Herkimer Community College. (unfortunately, due to injury, we did not have Sean Rose running this week)

Another good race at the Hoffmann Invitational at Saint Lawrence University yesterday. Great job Cougars! PRs were had by all!

Alex Cone placed 18th out of 100 runners in the women’s 5k at the NJCAA Division 3 National Cross Country Championships this weekend, achieving a personal best time of 21:11.5! 🎉 Congrats, Alex—you made Clinton proud!

Another successful week for the Cougar Mens and Women's Cross Country teams this weekend. They competed at the NJCAA Region 3 Cross Country Championship at Herkimer Community College.
In the mens 8K race Brayden Peters ran a personal best time of 36:40 and Alex Jock a PR of 37:00!
Alex Cone came away as the NJCAA Region 3 women's Cross Country Champion! Alex ran the 5K Women's course in a PR time of 21:14. Next up for Alex Cone will be running next at the NJCAA Division 3 National Championship to be held in Richmond Virginia on November 9th. Great job Cougars!
