Now is a good time to have every screw checked on your camper
You just never know where a loose screw will be which could cause water damage down the road

Screws like this and windows not sealed properly anymore is the reason this should be done once a year

While winterizing a camper today the customer asked me to check on their roof
I noticed someone had sealed two domes half way
I asked how much they paid and they said $275
I can’t believe how some people charge others

From one sealing that was not nice and neatly done to a mess made from using the wrong sealant
I think my job made a world of difference to this camper

Customer calls and says that they have a water leak inside the camper
As soon as I got on the roof
I may have found the problem
It’s important to do annual inspections of your roof retighten every screw and check the seals around every window door light
