Meet Melissa — a compassionate and dedicated administrative executive who is dedicated to the vision and mission of Partners in Change.
As our practice continues to grow, one of our highest priorities is making sure our clients feel supported, cared for, and connected every step of the way. Melissa has quickly become an essential part of helping to make that happen.
With a calm presence, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for helping others, Melissa helps keep the many moving parts behind the scenes running smoothly — from communication and scheduling to client support and coordination.
What has stood out most is her ability to lead with both professionalism and heart. She understands that behind every email, phone call, and appointment is a real person trusting us with important parts of their life and journey.
Please join us in welcoming Melissa to the Partners in Change community. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our team and excited for our clients to experience the care and support she brings to the practice each day.
💚 Welcome, Melissa!

Try this simple practice today: write three emotional needs you can meet for yourself, then notice how new attention feels when those needs are already met. If it still feels urgent or overwhelming, pause.
At Partners In Change, we help individuals, couples, and families build those steady, safe patterns so relationships can grow with clarity and care. Want support practicing these skills? Let’s talk. 💬
