Happy Thursday, sewists and quilters! We’ve got 4 spots left for members and non-members in our Quilting Basics workshop, taught by two talented Plano ASG instructors. This beginner quilting class will guide you step-by-step through cutting and piecing as you make your very own star wall hanging. Registration required.

Happy Friday sewists, quilters, and beaders! Our neighborhood group, All Things Beads, had a fun shopping trip at NY6 Beads in Allen this month.

When: 1st Thursday of the month, 10:00 AM
Where: Dallas Frankford Renner Library
Description: Hands on beading techniques. The group makes bracelets, necklaces, earrings, ornaments, and trim for clothing.
New or visiting beaders are always welcome to attend a class. We will have beads and other supplies to help you get started.
Happy Saturday sewists and quilters! Coming up June 13th is the monthly TAG (Teaching Another Generation) session. This month we'll be sewing hot/cold packs for dad.

Plano Sewing Center, 2070 W Spring Creek Pkwy 326, Plano TX 75023
When:
We meet the 2nd Saturday of each month, 10AM – 12PM.
Class Size Limit:
Eight students total (with a limit of two new students). We will start a waiting list if more than eight sign up.

Cost:
$5 Kit Fee per class. Non-members may attend class and borrow a sewing machine twice before becoming a member ($35/year membership).
Show and Tell:
Please have your child bring any projects they have worked on at home between classes to show the group.
