Top Publication announced today that it has signed a new contract with Rosemary Poole-Carter to publish her new historical romance novel, Only Charlotte . ISBN 978-1-935722-99-1. Top has previously published two of her other works, What Remains and Juliette Ascending. Only Charlotte is a novel of entanglements set in New Orleans, 1880.
