Caroline joins the team with several years of experience as a paramedic in both Texas and California, where she developed a passion for supporting first responders and improving patient care. Her frontline experience gives her firsthand insight into the challenges providers face in the field and ultimately inspired her transition into medical sales.

Caroline is excited to combine her clinical background with her passion for helping customers find innovative solutions as she leads QinFlow's continued growth across the Western U.S. She looks forward to building relationships with customers, distributor partners, and the rest of the QinFlow team.

Kansas City, Kansas Fire Department has launched the first ground-based prehospital blood transfusion program in Kansas and the Greater Kansas City metro, giving crews the ability to carry and administer whole blood before patients reach the hospital.

Congratulations to KCKFD and the partners who made this lifesaving advancement possible. We’re proud to see another region expanding access to earlier resuscitation and redefining what is possible before hospital arrival.

When severe blood loss occurs, the clock starts at the scene.
