🏗️ Project Update – Newman Smith High School

We’re proud to be making great progress at Newman Smith High School, where construction is taking place while the campus remains fully operational.

✅ Phases 1 & 2 Completed
• Framing
• Insulation
• Wood blocking
• Drywall installation
• Acoustical & drywall ceilings

To ensure safety and minimize disruption, prefab temporary walls are separating construction zones from active school areas. With a tight schedule in place, we’re working closely with the GC to keep the project moving efficiently and on track.

Lighting the way at Frisco CTE ✨

Our OSBS team is currently installing new lighting throughout the Frisco Career & Technical Education Center. From upgraded interior corridor fixtures to exterior site lighting and architectural pendants, this ongoing work is designed to enhance visibility, safety, and the overall learning environment for students and staff.

We’re proud to play a part in improving spaces where the next generation is building skills, careers, and bright futures. More progress updates coming soon.

Project Complete at Herschel Senior Center ✔️

We recently completed the Stucco Ceiling EIFS installation at Herschel Senior Center, delivering a clean, seamless finish that enhances both performance and appearance.

The newly finished exterior ceiling features:
• Smooth, uniform stucco texture
• Precision edge detailing
• Improved insulation performance
• Long-lasting, moisture-resistant protection

The crisp lines and modern finish not only elevate the building’s look but also provide durable protection against the elements.

Another quality project completed with attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Thanks to our dedicated OSBS steel team, the Richardson Library now features a beautiful new canopy.
