3️⃣ Noise you won’t notice during a quick showing.
Traffic, nearby businesses, or school drop-off and pick-up times can make a neighborhood feel very different throughout the day.

4️⃣ Privacy concerns.
Homes backing up to apartments, commercial buildings, or busy roads may face additional resale challenges in the future.

5️⃣ Not visiting at different times of the day.
Morning, afternoon, and evening can reveal completely different traffic, parking, and noise patterns.

🏡 The house matters, but the neighborhood is what you’ll experience every day.
