📌 Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 year BPO experience handling inbound/outbound calls
-Healthcare account experience is required
-Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
-Comfortable handling calls and administrative tasks
📝 Responsibilities:
-Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally
-Appointment scheduling and rescheduling
-Insurance verification and benefits checking
-Assist with medical billing–related inquiries
-Explain insurance benefits clearly to patients
-Complete administrative tasks and accurate documentation
-Coordinate with internal teams as needed
🌟 Nice to Have:
-Experience with US healthcare accounts
-Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
-Previous medical or clinic support experience
