Welcome to Parkwell 33 in the Uptown Dallas submarket!

We’re excited to share that we have completed a $6.5 million capital renovation at 3333 Lee Parkway and renamed the building Parkwell 33.

The update brings warmer design and new amenities to common areas designed to make the building feel more inviting and comfortable. They include the lobby, customer lounge with gaming area, library lounge space, EATS coffee bar by Chadwick Coffee, MEET conference center and boardroom, and MOVE fitness studio. Parkwell 33 also has an outdoor patio and putting green called The Yard.

Granite completed another successful Fan Drive to benefit Meals on Wheels Collin County.

Each year, our Corporate Accounting Manager in Dallas, Preksha Patel, organizes a fan drive to help seniors stay cool during the hot summer months.

Granite kicked off the 10th anniversary of TogetherWeGive at Eldridge and Briarpark Green in Houston. Our Property Experience team hosted tropical-themed events complete with lunch, mocktails, music and dancing.

These are the first of many hands-on charity events we will host this summer. Each year, TogetherWeGive unites customers across all our markets in packing snack bags for children participating in local Boys & Girls Clubs’ summer programs. The events provide customers with opportunities to give back to their community, create meaningful connections in the workplace, and have fun.

We’re excited to share that Granite’s General Manager, Tanya Bouthillier, is a GlobeSt Women of Influence winner for the category Property/Facility Manager.

Tanya oversees management operations of our Denver portfolio, consisting of four Class A office projects totaling 1.2 million square feet. Tanya focuses on creating a people-centric workplace rich in services and experiences that inspire today’s workforce.

As a result of her effective leadership and the hard work of our Property Experience team, one of our buildings, Regency Plaza, took home the 2025 BOMA Denver TOBY Award as well as the Midwest Northern Region BOMA TOBY award for the 250,000 – 499,999 square feet category. Regency Plaza, along with High Pointe Plaza and Plaza Tower One, also earned the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award for exceeding industry standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Tanya is an engaged leader in the commercial real estate industry and currently serves as the Denver Metro BOMA President.

For the past 10 years, our TogetherWeGive event has united customers across all Granite buildings to support local Boys & Girls Clubs. Each summer, they come together to pack snack bags and write encouraging notes for children who may not have access to school meals over the summer.

The event is part of Granite’s effort to create meaningful connections and community among our customers. We’ve loved seeing employees from all different companies working together to support children and making a difference.

Our Property Experience team made Mother’s Day gifting fun, creative and stress-free for our customers across all our markets.

The team hosted shops and events in our lobbies, including a mini-bouquet workshop at 100 Bayview in Newport Beach, floral arrangement classes at our Denver buildings, and jewelry pop-ups at Midtown Union in Atlanta (Oh, So Fitting) and McKinney and Olive in Dallas (Kendra Scott).

This year, we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of our customer engagement platform, TogetherWeConnect, and its hands-on charity program TogetherWeGive.

TogetherWeConnect offers our customers amenities and activities to make meaningful connections in the workplace, give back to the community and improve overall wellness.

TogetherWeGive brings customers together to pack snack bags for local Boys & Girls Clubs in the summer and care packages for nursing homes during the holidays. Since 2017, we have donated 96,079 snack bags and 27,830 care packages.

Congratulations to our Director of Leasing, Burson Holman, for being recognized as a 2026 D CEO Magazine Power Broker.

The D CEO Power Brokers program recognizes the most successful commercial real estate dealmakers in Dallas Fort-Worth.

Burson plays a key role in leasing Granite’s DFW portfolio, alongside Senior Director of Corporate Leasing, Robert Jimenez, and Leasing Manager, Elizabeth Keena.

Our Property Experience team brought customers closer to nature by organizing earth-themed events across the country, including potting plants, a beekeeping lunch & learn, and plant giveaways.
