To add to our team in Melbourne, Victoria, we are looking for a part-time virtual assistant. The chosen applicant will be in charge of giving our team clerical and administrative support. Excellent organizational and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to function independently and manage many projects, are requirements for this position.
Responsibilities: • Assist the team with administrative and clerical tasks. • Keep appointments, schedules, and calendars up to date. • Create and modify presentations, spreadsheets, and documents. • Deal with incoming phone calls and emails. • Find information and gather it for reports. • Support project management duties • Carry out additional tasks as needed.
