Resolution Stream

Thanks again to the Northeast Texas Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers (TSPE) for inviting me to speak to their group about Mastering the 5 Conflict Styles. They even gave me my own official nametag!

What's our New Year's Resolution? To help more teachers, administrators & staff of public, private & charter schools in Texas learn the essential skills necessary to successfully manage & resolve arguments, disagreements, misunderstandings, miscommunication, disputes & conflict in their classrooms, campus, district & community!

Happy New Year! Have FUN tonight, but please be safe, however & wherever you choose to celebrate the start of 2023.

Not all conflict & drama among cast/team/crew members on a , , , or project constitutes a crisis. But, many times, a crisis is a consequence of not managing chronic conflict & drama.

I've NEVER met anyone who agrees 100% with what I believe. But, that doesn't stop me from being their friend. Mass conformity is boring. I like hearing differing opinions. Helps me constantly question & consider my convictions.
