Ever wonder what's behind the walls of your pool? Here's a behind-the-scenes look at our shotcrete process.
After the steel framework is inspected and approved, our team applies the gunite shell — a dry mix of concrete and sand combined with water at the nozzle. The result is an exceptionally strong, dense shell that forms the body of your pool.
This stage typically takes one day to complete, but the curing process that follows is just as important. Proper curing ensures the shell reaches full strength before the next phase begins.
