Shared bathrooms fail when nobody thought about the layout first.
Pocket doors, a spacious walk in shower, intentional storage zones, a centered double vanity, and a layout that actually works for two kids sharing one space every single morning. Every decision in this bathroom was made on purpose.

The bathroom we were given had one door, a dividing wall that made no sense, and no access from the second bedroom.
So we closed a door, removed the wall, reconfigured the entire layout, and built something that actually works for a family of five.
Same square footage. Completely different life.
