🎨 Calling all graphic designers! The North Highlands Recreation & Park District wants your bold, original design to transform a future cell tower at Capehart Gymnasium into a vibrant work of public art.

We’re looking for designs that celebrate community pride, nature, recreation, and diversity — themes that reflect the heart of North Highlands. The winning artist will receive $1,000, and their design will be printed on fiberglass and displayed for years to come.

This project is also completely funded by AT&T

The deadline for submission is July 2, 2025 (5 PM PST).
