As we have experienced this cold spike we would like to send a friendly reminder for everyone to check their tank percentage and give us a call if you need a fill. Though our guys and gals work tirelessly to provide for everyone in a timely manner, it can be difficult to reach you before you run out if we are called at too low a percent. We want to encourage keeping an eye on your tank and not letting it get below 20% in the winter. Thank you for your support and understanding. Stay warm out there!

We would like to inform our community that we are now taking on new customers!
During the month of July, we will not be setting new tanks for customers though we will still be performing our safety checks for customer-owned tanks.

We are closing early today 8/27 due to the smoke. We will be back on Monday 8/30.

Due to the smoke outside, we are sending our drivers and office staff home early. Have a safe weekend, and remember we are always available if you are experiencing an emergency.

We wanted to inform our customers that our phone and internet systems are down until further notice. We are trying to get the phone lines switched to our emergency service, and will provide an update when we know more. This is apparently a county-wide issue due to the fire, stay safe and call or email with any emergencies.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all who have been affected by the devastating Caldor fire. Due to the evacuations, the office will remain closed today to allow employees to get prepared.

If you are experiencing a propane emergency, please call us at (530) 622-1353 and you will be redirected to our on call emergency service. We will be monitoring our messages and emails and responding to any we receive as promptly as possible. Please try to remember before leaving your home to turn off your propane tank and remove any cylinders from the side of your home. Take care and stay safe everyone.
