Finally pushing the M-1 to its full potential. Squashed the cranks/chain/mtb brakes and developed a custom one-off 220mm free floating motorcycle rear brake rotor that bolts directly to the motor’s traditional 6 hole rotor mounting pattern to provide much needed stopping power at higher highway speeds. Rusted chromoly frame, front-end and bars with polished aluminum battery box/dropout covers. Thanks to

Just noticed the full Argon bottle I picked up at the local gas supplier two days ago has Bad Juju written on it. Not cool

Thanks MAGURA Components for sending out a test throttle to try for our re-vised M-1 kits. 10 years ago we were cutting the grips off the generic Chinese e-bike throttles and extending them with plastic tubing/glue to fit a normal motorcycle grip. Glad these are available now, especially from a company with a long history in moto

First pic was sent from a NorCal local who recently bought enough original M-1 surplus parts to build 2 M-1’s (so he and his 10 yr old son could go on rides). He wanted them so close to original, he even had our friends at Dubya USA lace the motors to excels.

Due to continued interest, we’re going to re-offer the M-1 as a more affordable DIY kit. The first batch is under production and 11 have sold already. Pics are of headtubes/BB’s/seat-pans just finished. Complete kits will now come with Dunlop tires standard. Our goal is to offer frame kits @ or under 2k. Workin on 2 bikes today. Dialing in my 04’ CR250. Long live two strokes! I leave my chromoly e-cruiser frames raw because I love the look of steel post weld. First started liking it growing up seeing the factory motocross “cone” pipes. My pipes are works of art and have the same look. I’d like to stamp headbadges in house for my e-motos just like does with theirs.
