As an a-fish-in-ado there is a but to increase efficacy and benefits for health- be selective with your omega3s to get more Es(EPAs) and Ds (DHAs) to prevent a de-fish-ency. When it comes to fish- think SMASH ( salmon, mackerel, anchovies, sardines and herring) on your dish and fish oil, krill, micro algae in pills, gummies or chews- pick what works for you.
