Cris’ Critter of the Week: DYLAN😻

Once upon a time, Dylan was a tough guy surviving out in the streets—but don't let his rugged backstory fool you. This handsome house panther is really a sensitive soul who's ready to trade alleyways for sunny windowsills and cozy naps.

Dylan recently had a dental cleaning, so he's feeling fresh, healthy and ready for his next chapter! While he may be a little shy and suspicious when meeting new people, that's just because he likes to take his time deciding who gets into his inner circle. Give him patience, understanding and a quiet place to settle in, and you'll get to see the sweet cat hiding behind those cautious eyes.

Dylan is looking for an adult-only home with experienced cat people who understand that the best friendships aren't rushed. If you're willing to let this beautiful black cat set the pace, you'll be rewarded with a loyal companion who finally gets to leave his street-cat days behind for good.🐈‍⬛❤️

Meet Cheyenne!

If you've ever wished for a best friend who wants to be by your side through every adventure, every cozy evening, and every snack break, Cheyenne may be your perfect match!

This beautiful one-year-old girl came to us after being found as a stray by a kind Samaritan, and she's ready to leave her wandering days behind for a loving forever home. Cheyenne is an affectionate sweetheart who absolutely adores her people. Whether it's cuddling on the couch, following you from room to room, or soaking up all the pets and attention she can get, she's happiest when she's included in the fun.

Cheyenne is looking for a calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace and build confidence with a predictable routine. Daily walks, enrichment activities like puzzle toys, snuffle mats, and Kongs and plenty of quality time with her family will help this smart girl thrive. She can live with children ages 13 and older, but she'd prefer to be your one and only feline-free companion.

Because Cheyenne can be anxious in new situations and isn't comfortable being crated, she's searching for an adopter who understands anxious dogs and is committed to helping her succeed through patience, consistency and positive reinforcement. Once she trusts you, you'll gain a loyal shadow who will love you with her whole heart.

Cheyenne has so much love to give—she just needs someone willing to give her the chance to shine. Could that be you? Fill out an application at ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org

It's Whiskers Wednesday!

Double the cats, double the love. Meet Ren and Stimpy, a bonded pair searching for a patient and understanding home where they can stay together.

After arriving as strays, both Ren and Stimpy are still learning that indoor life can be safe and comfortable. These handsome boys may look alike, but they each need the same thing most: a family willing to give them the time and space they need to settle in.

Ren is a quiet, thoughtful guy who prefers to take things slowly and build trust at his own pace. His best friend Stimpy is just as shy, and he's looking for someone who will respect his boundaries while helping him gain confidence in his new surroundings. With patience, love and understanding, we know both boys have the potential to blossom and show their true personalities.

If you have a calm home and a big heart for cats who need a little extra time, Ren and Stimpy are ready to start their next chapter together.

Could you be the family they've been waiting for? Fill out an application at ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org
