What do you think the homebuyer was charged for this appraisal? Studies have shown that appraisal management ccpmpanies can take more than 60% of the appraisal fee. Research has also shown that these companies in some states are not being checked in on.

But, I’ll be kind today and I’ll guess the homeowner was charged $600 for this.

All of these mega real estate companies are fighting over your listing because that’s what’s going to make them a ton of money. Not just from selling your home but from bringing in buyers and then selling those buyers ancillary services like loan products, title, etc..

At this point, I don’t even read their internal reports because they rarely ever share the data used to create it, and it always looks like a glowing testimonial of their program.

Don’t let a company use you for bait on either end
