No frills mic pre designed by Decca Engineer Mick Hinton. Although sonically used in the same scenarios as Millenia and Grace, the transformerless build is no way near as robust and really pretty lightweight. Why make it sturdy if you are only going to put it in a rack any way? It doesn’t even have a power switch.

8th anniversary gift from my wife. Can't keep it in the live room or control room because it rings very easily. Wish I could since it not so subtley changes the vibe.

414 on a gong for a live gamelan performance. It had a low end resonance around 80Hz so it thumped in the room.

Succubus for soprano and live electronics by Brian Riordan 02/10/2022

Just discovered that this was online. The piece was composed by Brian Riordan and performed by Anna Elder. Sopranos are incredibly loud and this was and this was a rare opportunity to close mic a soprano in a small room. A big voice needs a big hall, but I think this recording turned out well.
