We are seeking a person for the position of full-time Facilities Manager. The Facilities Manager will ensure that the church buildings and systems are managed to function at an optimal level and that the appearance of the properties and grounds are properly maintained to the standards of the neighborhood, and that building spaces are effectively prepared and secured for all functions and events. A viable candidate will have a track record of dependability and will have a strong work ethic. A mechanical aptitude and a working knowledge of building and property maintenance is required. Working with contractors and supervising the general janitorial tasks performed by others is part of this job. Unity Presbyterian Church is a friendly and pleasant work environment. You will have the opportunity to meet many people and learn many things. Unity will provide training for any required certifications.
