Another successful deck project by Random Remodeling!

White Oak deck rebuild just completed.. made safer than original. More up to date. Had a great time working with customers on this project. They are alot safer on this deck. I told them they could hold a " Polka Party " on there.. running joke.. Thanks to Amber and Vinny for working with me on this project ( ill miss the boys as well ).. And a SHOUT OUT to Knock-Out Landscaping for their assistance during excavation and concrete finishing,, great business with great friends...

Completed a deck remodel earlier this summer. I removed all of the wood decking, railing and stairs, and strengthened the original structure to make it more secure. Then I built two new staircases, installed TimberTech composite decking and Avalon Aluminum railing, and ran wire throughout the railing for the lighted posts.

Looking to hire a skilled carpenter/storm door installer..must be knowledgeable/experienced in both areas....own tools and vehicle (truck or van) to haul doors to jobsites ...will be required to pass a background check..very busy need help asap...please reply directly to this post...

These are some pictures of progression of a basement remodel in Mt Lebanon.. After we completed the framing.. the plumber installed the drain lines and had some issues come up. Concrete wasn't thick enough and had some indication of root issues.. so I decided to investigate and found some big root issues under the concrete.. we removed the roots,, poured a complete powder room floor and filled in the rest of the floor with concrete.. now this week we will level the actual family room floor with concrete so the furniture will rest level on the floor.. stay tuned for updates..
