May is going to be a busy month for us. Along with the events on the flyers, we host a free online study group. We are currently covering Crowley's "General Principals of Astrology". The group meets every Thursday at 8 pm Eastern.

For those interested but who cannot make it to our temple, I want to highlight our Meet & Greets, which happen in various neighborhoods around Pittsburgh. May's Meet & Greet will be at Chimera Brewing. If you would like to suggest a location, please comment!

A final highlight is our Feast of Cattle on May 3rd, which centers Hekate and the Chaldean Oracles. We will be charging $15 for this ritual instead of our usual $10. ( I may or may not have blown a lot of cash on supplies and books. Oops. 😋)

Golden Thread OTO presents a night of entertainment and fun(draising)! Put on your best scifi costume and hop over to 300 Camp Horne Rd for our divination salon and open mic.

For ages humans have tried to predict the future: augury, tarot, astrology, geomancy, and more. Science Fiction challenges this impulse and asks "What is the future you can imagine?". We invite you to come and feel the tension between fatalism and free will, apocalypse and utopia. Play with us between the story the diviner tells you and the truer story you can build with your own hands, because there is no future except the ones we create.

At our open mic share visions, verse, sound, ritual, or confession. Sign-ups begin at the door at 1pm and close at 8:30pm.

All divination is for entertainment purposes only.

Doors open from noon to 10pm. Open mic signups start at noon. Mic starts at 1pm. $10 for non members to attend. $5 per divination. Cash and PayPal accepted.

Come curious. Leave altered.

Come do gentle yet invigorating yoga with Hemlock ShiningCoil! Wear appropriate clothing to move and relax in as well as your own yoga mat (and blocks and yoga strap if you have one) to do a 45-60minute yoga practice with Hemlock. Yoga practice will include breath work, postures (asana), and meditative time.

$10 donation for non-members or pay what you can.

Golden Thread would like to invite you to celebrate the magick of the Mass with us; all are welcome. This is a participatory ritual and we will explain the necessary actions prior to the ritual. When the ritual is over, we'll use the remaining time for fellowship and fun.

Doors will be open between 2pm - 2:30pm
The ritual will begin promptly at 3pm

Please arrive no later than 2:30pm.

All events have a suggested donation: $10 for non-members. You can bring cash to the event and give it to an officer or pay us via our PayPal.
