One of my favorite new additions to Carnegie is .pgh 🍝 🥖

This small Italian restaurant just opened a few months ago, and is located right on Main Street. Be warned that it is pretty small inside and can get busy. They don’t take reservations, but you can join the waitlist online!

The first time we came here was about two months ago and we knew our biggest mistake was not getting the focaccia flight when we saw how good it looked. So this time around we got the focaccia flight. Our dips/oils that we got were the mascarpone pesto, magic garlic oil, and truffle butter. For our main, we shared the Sunday sauce pasta with meatballs.

POV: you go out for tacos and margs after a long week

Stopped in to last night to unwind from the work week. I always like coming here.

What I got:
- blood orange margarita
- chips and salsa
- birria tacos

If you’re looking for somewhere to grab margs and tacos on Cinco de Mayo next week, then go ahead and save this!

I celebrated my birthday last week with dinner at . It was my first time going, but I loved it. It’s located in the Northside and is a great location for special occasions or just a nice dinner out.

We had a few drinks at the bar beforehand. I loved the decor both in the bar and inside the dining room. It was cozy and classy.

For dinner we began with the bread and oil. The bread is from and combined with the oil is was delicious. For our mains we had the Rocco’s pasta and sauce and the chicken Parmagiana. The chicken cutlet was so flavorful that my boyfriend basically stole it off my plate. The meatball was very tender, but it was also massive- like practically a little loaf.

Last week’s Friday night dinner at 🍣 🥢 🍷

Started off our dinner with a bottle of wine (1/2 off on Fridays!!), pan fried gyoza, and crab rangoons.

For our mains, I got the teriyaki chicken while my friends got sushi. Overall, everyone enjoyed their food. I’ve been to the other location in Ross in the past, and I’ve never had a bad experience.
