🟢ALLOW US TO INTRODUCE: little MOOCHI🟢

little Moochi is a virtual pet that helps children form healthy eating habits. It is fun, healthy, and personalized.

FUN: Our app gamifies the healthy eating process to help develop lasting habits.

HEALTHY: Our recommendations are based on the latest USDA guidelines and informed by registered dietitians at UPMC.

PERSONALIZED: Parents can engage as well. The personalized health dashboard
shows the status and provides personalized recommendations.

The app is available on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

🍎NUTRITION PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO EVERY SCHOOL DISTRICT IN INTERMEDIATE UNIT 1🍎

With funds raised from the 471 Kids Challenge, along with introducing our little MOOCHI Nutrition Program, Food Helpers will provide monthly, twice a month or weekly deliveries of items that kids can pack up after school to take home and eat. These food items will be USDA Smart Snack compliant and will be chosen by a Registered Dietitian. We would like to start this program with schools that meet the food insecurity percentages and then expand to additional schools. This is not meant to replace a food system that is already in place but rather to enhance it.
