HHS finalizes rule to improve health equity under the Affordable Care Act
The final rule implementing Section 1557 (beginning October 17, 2016), requires covered entities with 15 or more employees to have a grievance procedure, a compliance coordinator and to post notices. See the Appendix for a model grievance procedure for covered entities.
