Supporting Local Families in Rock Hill!

Koppers team members partnered with the Kappa Alpha Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. to support families in Rock Hill, South Carolina, providing fresh fruit, hydration supplies and 150 weekend food bags. 🍎

A group of volunteers from our Hubbell, Michigan plant recently spent an afternoon giving back by visiting a local nursing home.

Between a few rounds of bingo and conversations with residents, it was a great opportunity to spend time together and connect with the community! 💚

Our Hubbell facility recently welcomed employees, friends and family for a special carnival-themed event.

Guests enjoyed facility tours, family-friendly activities, and the opportunity to see firsthand the work happening across our plant.

Our Mayfield team recently continued their commitment to the local community with a $1,000 donation to Firstchance, a nonprofit supporting families of children with developmental and physical challenges.

Great job to Cassy Threadgate and the entire Mayfield team for organizing this effort and supporting local families! 👏

The Rock Hill team recently visited Richmond Drive Elementary School to connect with K–2 students and spark curiosity about science and manufacturing.

Employees introduced students to the wood preservation industry and shared insights into their work.

The Mayfield team came together for a fun bake-off in support of Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea, raising funds for the Cancer Council Australia.

Employees and contractors shared homemade dishes and friendly competition, with Deepa Joshi and Cassy Threadgate taking the top spot.

With donation matching from Koppers, the team has raised $1,682 so far. A great example of coming together to support an important cause and make a positive impact!👏
