We have 4 seats left in tomorrow’s Beginners Bread Making Class! Chef Natalie will be taking our students through the steps to starting their own sourdough starter & making an irresistible focaccia that you’ll want to make for every gathering going forward.

With food safety top of mind, it’s a good time for a reminder… Fresh produce should always be thoroughly washed before you eat it! And when it comes to leafy greens, a salad spinner makes the whole process SO much easier.
Rinse. Drain. Spin. Repeat if needed.
And that’s just the beginning! A salad spinner can also:
🥬 Bring lightly wilted lettuce back to life
🌿 Wash + dry fresh herbs
🫐 Clean and dry berries

This rainy Pittsburgh weather is really making us want to get our bake on! We’re thinking… sourdough, of course!
