Mistick Construction is proud to introduce an updated logo reflecting over 75 years of serving communities across Southwestern Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio.

Since the 1950s, our company has been rooted in a hands-on approach to construction, shaped by craftsmanship, attention to detail, and an understanding of the work from the tradesperson’s perspective. While our logo has evolved over the years, the values behind it have remained the same.

At Mistick, we build more than structures — we create homes designed with intention, crafted with care, and built to provide residents with a sense of pride, comfort, and community.

For us, success has always been about more than construction. It’s about building quality, building relationships, and building stronger communities that people are proud to call home.

Construction is moving forward at HG1–Lytle in Pittsburgh’s Hazelwood neighborhood. 🏗️

Located within the transformative Hazelwood Green redevelopment, this five-story, 50-unit mixed-income community will be the first residential development at the 178-acre innovation district.

Recent progress on site includes:
🔹 Framing complete
🔹 Window installation beginning soon
🔹 MEP rough-ins underway

HG1–Lytle will provide 40 affordable homes, including 13 units reserved for participants in the Pittsburgh Scholar House program, supporting single parents pursuing higher education.

We’re proud to partner with TREK Development Group and PWWG Architects to help bring this project to life.

Things are really taking shape at Venson Senior Lofts! 🏗️

Our team continues to make great progress transforming this historic elementary school in Pittsburgh’s Beltzhoover neighborhood into 39 units of affordable senior housing, along with a new addition that complements the original structure.

Recent milestones on site include:
🔹 Framing complete
🔹 Masonry work underway
🔹 MEP rough-ins nearing completion
🔹 Drywall installation starting soon
🔹 Site work and sidewalks beginning shortly

It’s exciting to see this long-vacant community landmark continue its transformation. Once complete, Venson Senior Lofts will provide quality housing while preserving a building that holds generations of neighborhood memories. 🏫

We are so excited about Mayfly Market's new space on the ground floor of The Garden.

Watching this historic Northside transformation has been an incredible journey. Mayfly's new space is nearly double the size of their original location, which means more fresh, locally grown produce, expanded product selection and a larger kitchen for house-made products.

Whether you’re a resident of The Garden, or a neighbor stopping by for dinner supplies, we can’t wait for you to see the new store.
