Crusty and buttery Irish soda bread is my go-to bread recipe when I want bread on the table ASAP but don't have time to wait for a yeasted dough to rise. It takes about 5 minutes to mix the dough, then it's into the oven and ready in less than an hour. So quick and easy! https://thepracticalkitchen.com/quick-irish-soda-bread-with-buttermilk/

BUFFALO, NY📍Had a whirlwind 24 hours in Buffalo over the weekend for a Small-Batch Breads tour event hosted by culinary bookstore Read It And Eat at She Gathers. I had never been to Buffalo before and had zero idea what to expect but we had amazing food everywhere we went and truly everyone we met was SO friendly. We kept passing other places we wanted to stop and check out but didn’t have time, I would absolutely go back and visit again.

How do we feel about a vlog-style reel? Yes? No? Should I keep doing these for other stops on the tour?
One cup of flour, no yeast, and no oven needed to make these fun skillet flatbreads. Dip them in hummus or olive oil, top with tuna salad, or serve with veg and charcuterie for a fun girl dinner. Ready to eat in less than an hour. You can find the recipe on page 145 of Small-Batch Breads!
Comment SMALL BATCH and I’ll send you the link to the book or find it at SmallBatchBreads.com ⭐️
