Since Erie's system outage your June installment will likely be added to your July bill. With the holiday approaching keep in mind you can always make a manual payment on the Erie app or online at www.erieinsurance.com.

Day 5 of Erie's system outage. We are doing everything we can to assist our clients without the use of our main system. Automatic drafting will not be pulled during this time. No payments, changes and/or quotes can be made at this time. We will be following up with all clients asap once we have access again.

Erie is experiencing a network outage.
Our office is open, although there is no access on the agent level we are trying our best to handle and mediate calls to the best of our ability. You are important to us, please be patient. We will follow up with all clients once the system issue has been resolved.
